Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Bullish collects when you visit
bullish.education or join our free training, why we collect it, and how
you can control it. It's written to match exactly what this site actually does — not a
generic template — so if anything here changes, this page needs to change with it.
Who we are
Bullish is operated by Ishak Hassan, trading as an individual, based in
the United Kingdom. You can contact us about anything on
this page at ish@bullish.education.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what's gathered automatically as you browse.

We don't ask for or store any payment details, passwords, or identity documents anywhere on this site.
How your information is used
- To unlock and let you access the free training video.
- To send you a welcome email containing the invite link to our Telegram community.
- If you opted in via the checkbox, to email you when the full paid course becomes available.
- To understand, in aggregate, how many people find this site through our ads — we don't use this to build individual profiles beyond what's described above.
We do not sell your information to anyone, for any reason.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of outside services to actually run this site and community. Each only sees what it needs to do its specific job:
- Zapier — receives your form submission and passes it along to the tools below.
- Google Sheets — stores your name, email, and course-interest answer in a private spreadsheet.
- Microsoft 365 — sends the welcome email from ish@bullish.education.
- Telegram — once you choose to join our community, your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy, not this one.
- Google Ads — if you arrived via one of our ads, Google may set a conversion-tracking cookie to tell us the ad worked. See Google's own privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads — if you arrived via one of our Meta ads, Meta may set a similar tracking cookie to measure ad performance. See Meta's own privacy policy.
- YouTube and TradingView — the training video and the live gold price chart on this site are embedded directly from YouTube and TradingView. Loading either may let those services set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This site itself doesn't use tracking cookies of its own. The cookies that may be set come
from the third-party embeds above (Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, YouTube,
TradingView) — each is covered by that provider's own cookie and privacy policy, linked above.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you're happy for us to set analytics and
advertising cookies. If you choose "Reject," those cookies stay off — only cookies required
for the site to function are used. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your
browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again.
How long we keep your information
We keep your name, email, and course-interest answer for as long as you're part of the
Bullish community, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- See what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information entirely.
- Stop receiving emails from us — every email we send includes a way to do this, or you can just email us directly.
To do any of the above, email ish@bullish.education — we'll action it as quickly as we can.
Children
This site and community are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle your data changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
